The complexity of car repairs can also lead to honest misunderstandings between consumers and repair shops. Unfortunately, there are dishonest car repairer's a small minority, thankfully who take advantage of a consumer's lack of knowledge. CIAG, the provincial trade association for collision repairers across Ontario is proud of the collaborative relationship it shares with the Ministry of Government Services, protector of consumer rights. The provincial trade association and the provincial government ministry have teamed up to collaborate on dispute resolution cases involving collision repairs thereby delivering a fair and satisfactory experience for all parties concerned.
