A collision repair facility is responsible for meeting over 120 government regulations. Collision Ontario works closely with its members and government agencies on regulatory requirements and the establishment of simplified and cost effective means to compliance. Diligent enforcement of these regulations by government officials creates a fair business environment where owners profit from their own proven merits.

Consumer Protection

Consumer protection is the responsibility of every collision repairer across Ontario. The trade association works closely with collision repair facilities across Ontario to meet trade license compliances. Collision Ontario is also committed to education consumers on their rights as they pertain to automotive collision repairs.
